This role is in office Monday to Friday.

The Role

Blue Owl is seeking a strategic, highly organized, and collaborative Content Marketing Enablement professional to build and optimize the operational infrastructure that supports Blue Owl’s Product Marketing & Content Strategy team. This role will own key workflows across fund marketing materials,  translation and offshore material coordination, print fulfillment, data stewardship, and marketing automation. The role will also oversee offshore resources (through Cognizant) responsible for maintaining and updating  marketing materials and will serve as a critical connector across Product Marketing, Strategic Accounts,  Compliance and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary operational liaison between Product Marketing & Content Strategy and the Cognizant team, ensuring alignment on priorities, quality standards and timelines.

  • Build, maintain and optimize workflows that support up-to-date, high-quality investor-facing materials, including fact sheets, presentations, brochures and performance communications.

  • Manage review, feedback, and approval processes across Legal, Compliance, partner firms, home offices, and external reviewers, balancing regulatory requirements with consistency and standardization.

  • Manage vendor relationships, including translation, print fulfillment, and workflow/automation providers, ensuring service quality

  • Oversee invoice processing across print, translation, video, automation and animation vendors.

  • Oversee the flow of approved portfolio, performance, and market data across internal databases to ensure accurate, consistent outputs across materials, websites, and performance emails.

  • Own operational governance across content libraries and workflow tools, including taxonomy standards, version control standards, archival processes, and update cadence management.

  • Support more complex collateral needs related to Blue Owl’s growing offshore business as they arise.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, content-related roles, business operations, project management, or a related role, preferably within financial services or another regulated environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management or a related field preferred.

  • Experience managing recurring, high-volume content or document workflows across multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and approval processes.

  • Familiarity working cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, external reviewers, offshore teams, and vendors.

  • Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail and follow-through; proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel a must.

  • Experience with workflow tools such as Monday.com, AdTrax/RedOak, and content repositories such as Salesforce and Seismic, a plus.

The base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $120,000 to $140,000. Actual salary offered will be based on the candidate’s skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
