Beyfortus, our market-leading monoclonal antibody, has recently launched in over 45 countries and we are preparing for over 40 additional launches in the next four years. Our innovation pipeline includes our promising RSV+HMPV combo for older adults, anticipated to launch worldwide in 2029-2031.
In this pivotal role, you will focus on the blockbuster brand Beyfortus and bridge global strategy and local execution, ensuring that our global marketing initiatives deliver maximum impact at the country level. Working at the intersection of global strategy development and local implementation, you will be instrumental in translating our vision into actionable programs that drive results across markets while championing digital and AI innovation to transform marketing execution, elevate customer engagement, and drive measurable impact for the RSV Franchise. The position offers exceptional visibility within one of Sanofi's top Franchises, directly contributing to our mission of protecting global populations against respiratory viruses. As Global Brand Manager focused on implementation and training, you will help to build robust connections between global strategies and local market execution, embodying our ambition to be a launch powerhouse.

Main Responsibilities
Global Marketing Implementation: Lead the translation of global marketing strategies into executable programs across existing Beyfortus markets, and upcoming Beyfortus launches. Gather and synthesize field insights to identify implementation gaps and opportunities for optimization. Partner with market lead and markets to ensure they have the necessary tools, training, and resources to execute effectively at the customer level.
Training Excellence & Capability Building: Design, develop and deliver comprehensive interactive digital learning platform & training programs that enable country teams to master our global marketing strategies and effectively engage with customers. Create implementation playbooks and training modules that build both strategic understanding and tactical execution capabilities. Establish mechanisms to measure training effectiveness and implementation success.
Implementation Planning & Feedback Loop: Serve as the primary liaison between global strategy development and local execution teams. Collect, analyze and integrate market feedback to refine global assets and approaches. Identify implementation challenges early and collaborate with global teams to develop practical solutions that work across diverse market contexts.
Asset Development & Optimization: Collaborate with global marketing teams in developing customer-facing assets with a focus on implementation effectiveness and field impact. Ensure all marketing materials, messaging frameworks, and tactical approaches are optimized for local execution. Coordinate testing and refinement of assets based on field performance data and market feedback.
Annual Franchise Brand Meeting(s): Lead the planning and execution of the annual training meetings with a focus on implementation readiness. Develop curriculum that equips countries with both strategic understanding and practical execution capabilities. Ensure key markets leave with clear implementation plans and tools that are embedded into their local point of action cycles for the upcoming season. Support market in executing our strategies post meeting.
Cross-Functional Implementation Coordination: Partner with medical affairs, market access, commercial operations and other key functions to ensure cohesive implementation of cross-functional strategies. Identify and address cross-functional dependencies that impact successful market execution. Foster collaborative problem-solving across functional boundaries.
About You
Implementation Excellence: Demonstrated experience in translating complex marketing strategies, market insights into practical, executable plans. Proven ability to bridge the gap between global strategic vision and local tactical execution.
Training & Capability Building: Strong background in developing and delivering effective innovative training programs. Experience in creating implementation playbooks, conducting workshops, and building capabilities across diverse teams.
Field Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of field or customer-facing experience required, providing firsthand understanding of implementation challenges and customer engagement realities.
Marketing Background: At least 4 years in marketing positions in the pharmaceutical industry; local/country marketing experience is strongly preferred. Experience with global product launches is essential.
Launch Experience: Demonstrated success in supporting product launches with a focus on implementation excellence and execution at the market level.
Therapeutic Area Knowledge: Experience in vaccines is preferred; pediatric vaccine or drug marketing experience is a plus.
Collaborative Leadership: Strong transversal management skills with proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across functions, regions, and organizational levels.
Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences. Experience developing clear, actionable training materials and implementation guides.
Feedback Integration: Ability to gather, synthesize and act on feedback from diverse stakeholders to continuously improve implementation approaches and assets.
Adaptability: Demonstrated flexibility in adjusting implementation strategies to accommodate various market conditions, cultural contexts, and resource levels.
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree required; business education and/or scientific background preferred. Additional training or certification in adult learning methodologies is a plus.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus given the global nature of the role.
Minimum of 7 - 8 years of marketing and sales experience.
30% domestic and international travel.

The salary range for this position is:
