Global BI & Analytics SME

Job Purpose:  

The position requires data analytical skills & understanding of business data including usage, renewal, trend, customer insight. Basic requirement from this position is to keep accountability of data and creating business dashboard accross all business for Datech Solutions. Understanding of all programs launched by business unit and the required renewal and expansion goal.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer data from portal.

• Data crunching & analysis (key areas with which we can make biz more profitable).

• Keeping tab on day-to-day data and work on any API integration.

• Create and maintain business insight dashboards to Bu team & Finance team.

• Implement AI in context of smart data analytics for optimum Business Outcome - Adoption, Expansion, Renewal and as required.

• L1 APAC support for Portal.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• 3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience.

• 3 to 5 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees.

• Master's / Postgraduate Degree with DATA Analysis Field of Study preferred.

• Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.

• Good knowledge of Data Analytics and Exploration (EDA)

• Experienced on Data sourcing and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load).

• Very good knowledge of Power BI, including DAX and M Query language

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Basic knowledge of T-SQL

• Commercial insight: able to translate commercial business needs into insightful dashboards

• Dashboard design: understands the techniques to make a BI dashboard easily digestible yet insightful

• Good understanding of Data Governance & Security.

• Basic understanding of GDPR and Regional Compliances.

• Basic presentation skills to present project progress and final product

• Possesses strong data entry skills.

• Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.

• Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

• Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.

• Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.

• Possesses strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.

• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

• Basic training skills to make sure dashboard users get the most out of the final product

• Project management skills: able to see projects through to the finish

• Independent: able to find information independently if and when needed

• Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.

• Professional, office environment.

• Some travel required.
