Position Summary
The Benefit Analyst supports the Global Solutions Team by coordinating renewal activity, organizing and analyzing proposal data, and maintaining accurate tracking and documentation across all client and prospect work. This role is highly detail-oriented and process-driven, ensuring all renewals, quotes, and supporting materials are accurately compiled, spreadsheeted, and organized for internal review and client presentation. The analyst will play a critical role in maintaining workflow efficiency, supporting presentations, and ensuring consistent documentation within SharePoint and internal tracking tools.

This is a full-time position supporting the Global Solutions Team. The role requires regular interaction with internal team members and coordination across multiple client assignments and carrier partners. The position is expected to work eight hours within core Eastern Time Zone business hours, generally between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern, to ensure alignment with team operations, carrier communications, and client support needs. Occasional flexibility may be required during peak renewal periods to meet critical deadlines and deliverables.
