Focusing on the QSR and Convenience sector, you’ll own a portfolio of global clients, setting the vision, strategy, and standards for how Massive Rocket partners with and delivers value to these organisations. You’ll operate at the highest level of client engagement, building deep, multi-threaded relationships across global, regional, and local stakeholders.
You’ll sit at the intersection of client leadership, commercial ownership, and delivery excellence — orchestrating internal teams across strategy, CRM, data, and delivery to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes across markets. Acting as the global voice of the client, you’ll ensure alignment between business objectives, programme execution, and measurable ROI.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping multi-year partnerships, driving global growth strategies, and defining how Massive Rocket delivers at scale for its most important clients.
What Will You Do?Build and maintain senior, multi-threaded relationships with stakeholders across global, regional, and local levels
Define and drive global account strategies, including revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term partnership development
Identify and unlock growth opportunities across geographies, brands, and capabilities
Lead commercial strategy across your portfolio, including pricing, scoping, renewals, and multi-market expansions
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility, partnering with Finance and Operations on planning and investment decisions
Ensure programmes and roadmaps are aligned to client commercial goals and experience KPIs
Oversee the quality and consistency of delivery across markets, working closely with Programme Managers, Delivery Leads, and Account teams
Lead senior client engagements including QBRs, EBRs, and strategic planning sessions
Champion performance measurement and ROI visibility across all initiatives
Develop global playbooks and best practices to ensure scalable and consistent delivery
Mentor and guide Account Management and Sales teams working across your portfolio
Represent Massive Rocket in senior client forums and industry events, positioning the agency as a strategic partner
Strong understanding of the QSR or multi-site retail / convenience sector, including customer behaviour and operational dynamics
Proven track record of managing senior client relationships and delivering long-term account growth and profitability
Strong commercial acumen, with experience owning revenue targets, forecasting, and managing portfolio performance
Experience shaping large-scale programmes, scopes, and multi-market commercial agreements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging C-level and VP stakeholders
Strong leadership capability, with experience influencing cross-functional teams across regions
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance client value, delivery quality, and commercial outcomes
Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth, or consultancy environments
Proactive, partnership-driven approach with a focus on long-term value creation
English proficiency at C1 level
