Role Title: GFX Delivery Specialist

Duties include

•    Provide input to the plan and the procedures for the management, monitoring and control of GFX (GFI, GFD, GFE and GFS). 
•    Liaise with Accountable authorities who have ownership of the GFX in accordance with the approved GFX Management Plan.
•    In collaboration with the engineering team, co-ordinate Identification and resolution of engineering assurance issues around the identification, acquisition and delivery of GFX.
•    Identify and raise risks, issues and opportunities commencing early in the delivery of GFX items.
•    Confirm compliance with Security, Export Control, Intellectual Property and Commercial Sensitivity requirements.
•    Enhance and support responsiveness to changes in GFX requirements
•    Liaise with other Working Groups as required to facilitate consistent implementation and remove duplication on interdependent activities.
•    Define, shape and agree GFX requests.
•    Maintain a GFX Register (may be via a GFX/GFM Management Tool).

Essential Requirements:
•    Previous experience within the ADF Capability Life Cycle.
•    Previous Government Procurement, more specifically Defence procurement.
•    Stakeholder Management for both internal and external stakeholders.
•    Demonstrated support experience for large and complex acquisition and sustainment projects.
•    Previous experience working in a GFX or ILS management capacity.
