Job Description

What you will do (Responsibilities)

  • Execute Chevrolet’s commercial strategy within the assigned zone.
  • Ensure achievement of Retail and Wholesale sales targets.
  • Drive Market Share growth within the territory.
  • Manage and develop the dealer network and sales force.
  • Implement tactical actions and commercial initiatives in the field.
  • Monitor dealer inventory, pipeline, and business conversion.
  • Ensure compliance with GM commercial campaigns and standards across the network.
  • Maintain strong field presence to support dealer performance and execution.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and business opportunities to guide decision-making.

Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications)

  • 8–12 years of experience in:
    • Automotive industry
    • Sales
    • Dealer management
  • Proven experience in:
    • Dealer network management
    • Automotive sales
    • Business development
    • Field-based execution
  • Strong results orientation and ability to drive commercial target achievement.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills to interpret market data and identify opportunities.
  • Ability to influence and mobilize dealer principals and sales teams.
  • Excellent relationship‑building skills with commercial stakeholders.

What can give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience working for an automotive OEM.
  • Background in automotive financing.
  • Experience in automotive retail environments.
  • Strong understanding of competitive dynamics within the automotive industry.
This role is categorized as onsite. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location on a full-time basis. The selected candidate will be required to travel <25% for this role. This job may be eligible for relocation benefits.
