General Worker - Manufacturing

Pakistan - Sindh - Karachi Full time

Position Summary

You will support day-to-day packing operations at our Pakistan facility. You will work with operators, engineers, and quality colleagues to keep production safe, reliable, and efficient. Responsibilities

  • Execute the task as per plan provided by Supervisor/Area FLL/ Management
  • Carry out operations in the areas of Granulation, Compression & Coating
  • To ensure quality and EHS compliance by following QMS and EHS standards in Day to Day Job.
  • Perform all manufacturing activities within the production department & ensure area readiness as per standard compliance requirement.
  • Conduct Area/line clearance, changeovers and perform in-process checks as required.
  • Complete and maintain all relevant records/documents pertaining to the production/ manufacturing area.
  • Operate machines, support production and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks & area documents as per requirement.
  • Complete task assigned as per SOPs on daily basis

Qualification

  • Minimum DAE or relevant experience
  • 2 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or an industrial environment.
  • Ability to read and follow written procedures and basic technical instructions.
  • Comfortable using hand tools and basic production equipment.
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to work on-site shifts
  • Basic spoken and written Urdu or English to follow procedures and report issues.
