Responsible for managing end-to-end administrative and operational support for security personnel (satpam), including recruitment, asset and uniform management, vendor coordination, and general HR support activities.
Job Description :
Manage recruitment process for security personnel (sourcing, interview, walk-in hiring, and onboarding documentation)
Coordinate with local authorities for manpower sourcing and recruitment activities
Handle procurement processes including creating PO, vendor coordination, and monitoring delivery
Maintain and manage inventory of uniforms, assets, and office supplies (stock opname & distribution)
Monitor and maintain company assets across head office and branches
Handle administrative documentation (PO filing, delivery notes, contracts/SPK)
Support operational logistics such as travel arrangements for training (diksar)
Assist in preparing agreements (SPK) with vendors and affiliated companies
Support licensing and operational permit processes
Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably HR, Management, or related)
Minimum 1–2 years experience in HR Admin / Recruitment / General Affairs
Experience in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding) is a plus
