What You’ll Do
Oversee all sales operations, ensuring sales targets and customer service standards are met.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Manage daily activities and hold team members accountable to Lithia’s sales process.
Engage with customers to ensure an exceptional buying experience.
Resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Complete reporting and administrative tasks accurately and on time.

Prior luxury brand experience, a plus

Solid working knowledge of computers and systems
