Job Summary: This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Major Duties:

  • You will review and monitor the progress of work to ensure ability, understanding, and all necessary training are maintained.
  • You will prepare and delegate Engineering Division non-nuclear and nuclear interface work.
  • You will determine resource requirements to meet existing and projected workload.
  • You will identify nonconformance to existing conditions and/or specifications and initiate wavers when required to support nuclear key events.
  • You will attend conferences as a representative for the Engineering and Planning Department, make decisions on technical matters, resourcing, workload scheduling and execution goals.
  • You will provide general guidance and direction of subordinate personnel within project teams.

Qualifications: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: . 1) Evaluating the operation, repair and maintenance of marine bulk fuel component and systems to ensure safe, reliable and compliant function of the facility; 2) Identifying deficiencies during inspections and audits to implement prompt and effective corrective actions; 3) Performing planning and design to support the sustainment, restoration and modernization of bulk fuel storage and transfer facilities; 4) Implementing asset identification and cataloging, change control, drawing and documentation maintenance, and lifecycle monitoring and tracking under an overall industrial Configuration Management Plan ("Management of Change").
