Position Summary

Samsung Electronics Ukraine is opening a position of General Administration Specialist, who will be responsible for full range of office management and benefits support

Role and Responsibilities

Office Support

  • Operational support for regional offices and warehouses (lease management; procurement of office supplies and related services). Coordination of procurement for Kyiv office (water, stationery purchase)
  • Coordination external and internal office communications (document management, registration, basic accounting, business correspondence, meeting visitors)
  • Сooperation with delivery services: document and samples delivery within Ukraine and abroad; contracting with logistic suppliers and expenses submission
  • Basic HR handling, schedule control, preparation of reports on the location of employees
  • Handling invoices & documentary work
  • Health and safety reports (greenhouse gases reports)
  • Mobile connection administration and support (SIM card issuance for new hires/deactivation upon employee termination, contract handling, expenses control, service and limit monitoring, monthly payments)

Skills and Qualifications

What we need for this role:

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • B2 spoken English is a must;
  • 3+ year of relevant experience (Office Manager, HR/Benefits Specialist, HR Specialist) in big corporations with complex processes
  • Excel average
  • Degree in accounting, marketing, HR or equivalent
