Job Description:

The Global Corporate & Investment Banking (GCIB) Singapore Rotational Development Program is designed to develop technical and management skills for future roles within GCIB and MUFG Bank through structured job rotations. The program aims to enhance communication within GCIB APAC and with other divisions of MUFG Bank, support the development and execution of strategies, and coordinate between product offices and RM functions.

In this 20-month program, recent graduates will undergo 8 rotations across various departments within and outside GCIB. Through the rotations, depending on the 3 business areas you get to select in GCIB, you are expected to:

  • Develop knowledge in GCIB products and services, identifying opportunities to contribute to the Bank.
  • Work on deals and initiatives with rotational department.
  • Understand our partners, market position, strengths, and strategies.
  • Support business promotion initiatives and partner with product offices and other branches in the region.
  • Assist GCIB in establishing business strategies and action plans for the divisions and departments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders within and outside the division to build relationships and increase knowledge about other functions.
  • Comply with internal rules and guidelines as well as external laws and regulations pertaining to proper conduct of banking business.
  • Complete training programs which include a 1-month overseas training

Job requirements:

  • A Bachelor degree from a recognised university in any discipline
  • Able to multi-task and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player who is able to collaborate well with different stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
  • Can-do attitude and ability to learn new topics quickly
  • Self-starter, meticulous, resourceful and creative
  • Keen eye for details, good organisation skills and desire to deliver top quality output
