Job Description:

The Seed Program is a two-year development initiative designed to empower individuals with disabilities by providing the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to thrive in the workforce and contribute meaningfully to the company and society. Participants will join a collaborative cohort, navigating onboarding together and building a strong foundation for success across the enterprise.

  • Year 1: Develop core computer and business skills, including basic computer usage, communication tools, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Year 2: Gain hands-on experience by supporting a Business Unit (BU) or the Seed Service Center (SSC) through on-the-job assignments.

 

After completion of the program, TMs get assigned to a specific job full time withing the SSC or a BU.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • General Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate reports for program activities and assigned projects.      Support documentation efforts to ensure clarity and compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Update existing documents to reflect current enterprise-wide policies and procedures.
  • Collaboration & Cohort Engagement: Work collectively with cohort members to share insights and foster a culture of inclusion. Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative problem-solving.

  • Basic proficiency in computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
