Role Description:

This role is responsible for covering senior clients for direct owners of real estate and brokerage firms. Key responsibilities include prescreening loan opportunities for fits with Bank of America and Merrill Lynch loan programs and working with underwriting in the reviewing and quoting of loans. Job expectations include providing analytical support to the front office and other areas of the business, and maintaining relationships with clients and other external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies, measures, and monitors risk as part of daily business activities

  • Performs complex financial analyses and modeling, conducts research, and prepares reports with supporting documents

  • Manages the structuring and closing of loans with the underwriter and closer assigned to transactions

  • Monitors market trends and provides insightful analysis to clients and internal partners

  • Exercises management authority to make significant decisions and strategic decisions or recommendations

  • Develops, maintains, and strengthens strategic relationships with clients, brokers, external partners and key decision makers with the goal to become a trusted partner and fill the sales pipeline
