We are seeking a seasoned FX Collateral Professional to join our operations team within State Street Markets. This role requires experience in handling client static data, settlement instructions, and operational processes with accuracy and timeliness. The candidate should be proactive in resolving issues and ensuring smooth execution of BAU. This position is based in India and offers the opportunity to work with a global client base and cross-functional teams.

What you will be responsible for
Add, update, and maintain static data across transaction systems based on direction from Middle Office, Trading, and Client Onboarding.
Assist with static data setup and issue resolution within portfolio and treasury applications (Portfolio Solutions, Financing Solutions, Global Treasury, FX).
Create and maintain accounts, settlement instructions.
Support daily operations by maintaining MS Access databases and related applications.
Research and resolve queries and escalated settlement issues.
Handle BAU processes with timeliness, accuracy, and appropriate escalations.
Evaluate and improve operational processes on a continuous basis.
Demonstrated ability to manage BAU independently with zero handholding.
Perform review function of the tasks/activities on daily basis with timeliness and accuracy.
Act as SME, client/regional nuances, and end-to-end system workflows.
Strong commitment to compliance, accuracy, and client service excellence
Conduct training for new joiners and assist in UAT/testing for projects.
Proactively suggest improvements, identify control gaps, and share best practices.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Graduate and above, preferably in Finance, Commerce, or related fields.
Degrees such as B.Com, BBM/BBA, MBA (Finance), M.Com preferred.
5+ Years of experience in the financial service industry.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, SQL, and Macros.
Knowledge of financial markets, portfolio solutions, and treasury systems is preferred.
