Fund Finance Secondaries & Primaries Intern - June 2026 I Zurich

Composed of more than 80 professionals, the Fund Finance Secondaries & Primaries team is in charge of financial control, operational management and reporting across Ardian's Secondaries & Primaries platform and Customized Solutions. For Customized Solutions, the Fund Finance team also fulfills investor servicing and is in direct contact with the Investor Relationship Manager and the Front Office to manage the operations of Customized Solutions as a dedicated operational contact.

The role
Part of the global Fund Finance Secondaries & Primaries team, the Zurich team is looking for an Intern to support the Fund Finance activities of Customized Solutions (ACS).
 

The Intern will support the team in all aspects of its Fund Finance ACS activities, including:

  • Preparation of quarterly investor reports
  • Support in the preparation of the quarterly valuation committee
  • Support in the preparation of the board meeting for Customized Solutions clients
  • Responsible for weekly cash controls
  • Responsible for the controls, preparation and documentation of the diversification report

This list is not exhaustive and will vary depending on the capabilities of the Intern and the needs of the team.

Required skills

  • The candidate should possess a broad set of quantitative, qualitative and interpersonal skills, and be a strong team player
  • Intellectual rigour and discipline
  • Ability to organise and perform work efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of private market investments and general fund performance figures
  • Strong analytical skills and competency in Excel, Word and Powerpoint

Profile

  • Degree in business administration, finance & accounting or controlling
  • Strong commercial understanding of Private Equity
  • At least one previous internship in one of the following areas would be beneficial:
    • Private Markets Fund Finance
    • Audit in a leading audit firm (ideally financial services)
    • Comparable experiences in the financial services industry
  • Excellent English skills; German level at least B2
  • Domiciled and eligible to work in Switzerland
