About The Department:

  • The Fund Reporting Group is responsible for delivering accurate, timely financial reporting for private equity funds under US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The team works closely with investment, audit, and client service partners to support fund operations, investor reporting, and new product launches. This group plays a critical role in maintaining reporting integrity, meeting regulatory and investor expectations, and enabling informed decision‑making. Team members gain deep exposure to private equity structures, complex reporting requirements, and opportunities to develop strong technical and stakeholder‑management skills.

How You Will Add Value?

  • You will prepare quarterly and annual fund financial statements under US GAAP.

  • You will review portfolio investment financial statements and analyze key information.

  • You will produce quarterly business reports summarizing fund performance and activity.

  • You will manage and respond to Limited Partner data requests.

  • You will support annual financial statement and SOC audits.

  • You will prepare audit schedules, confirmations, and supporting documentation.

  • You will calculate quarterly metrics, including gross and net internal rates of return.

  • You will prepare Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA) fee reporting templates.

  • You will track management fees and carried interest.

  • You will support reporting systems, including Canoe, Velocity, Snowflake, and Tableau.

  • You will improve processes through automation and data efficiency initiatives.

  • You will analyze financial data and reporting materials.

  • You will manage document production, version control, and approval workflows.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?

Experience:

  • Two or more years of experience in fund reporting, audit, or financial services.

  • Private equity experience is required.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Soft Skills:

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organization.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Work Shift Timing - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
