Job Summary
As a Functional System Architect, you will be part of the Interconnection Services team delivering technology solutions to address business problems and opportunities. Focus on translating specific business requirements into technical solution architectures including application architecture, integration architecture, data architecture, and non-functional requirements around supportability, resiliency, security, etc. Translate general business requirements and business trends in architecture patterns and technology ecosystems including data center architecture, application architecture patterns, integration architecture patterns, technology standards, non-functional technical requirements, and computing paradigms.Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Education: associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science, business, IT, engineering, math or statistics. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Work Experience: five (5) years of experience with bachelor's degree; OR,
Seven (7) years of experience with an associate's degree.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Physical demand level is Sedentary
Demonstrates good listening skills and a sincere understanding of client business needs.
Ask questions to clarify understanding. Relates on a personal level; positive friendly and engaging.
Outgoing and comfortable in diverse groups. Uses Communications Technology (voicemail, e-mail, Internet) effectively balancing with appropriate face to face communications.
Able to read reactions of an audience and adjust delivery style to fit the audience.
Able to develop and present business documents and reports clearly, concisely and effectively.
Demonstrate strong training and presentation skills.

Base Salary: $73K - $90K
