The Junior Consultant will support the day-to-day operations of our SAP systems and assist in the preparation of essential documentation, including functional specifications, technical specifications, and SAP test cases. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively through presentations

• Assist in the daily operations of SAP systems, ensuring smooth functionality and user support.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for functional specifications, technical specifications, and SAP test cases.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed documentation.
• Create engaging PowerPoint presentations to communicate project updates and findings to team members and management.
• Participate in testing activities, including the development and execution of test cases to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology/ commerce/Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of SAP functionalities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on documentation and presentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with SAP testing methodologies and documentation standards.
• Experience in preparing technical documentation or user manuals.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Working Conditions:

• Office-based position with potential for remote work flexibility.
• May require occasional overtime during project deadlines.
