What You Will Do
Assist in developing user interfaces (UI) using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) under guidance.
Contribute to backend development (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, .NET) for simple features and APIs.
Write basic unit tests and participate in code reviews to learn best practices.
Debug and fix straightforward bugs in existing codebases.
Collaborate with designers to implement UI/UX mockups.
Work with databases (SQL or NoSQL) for basic CRUD operations.
Learn and utilize version control (Git) effectively.
Document code and processes as instructed
Actively participate in team meetings and agile ceremonies (standups, planning).

Required Qualifications & Skills:
3+ years of professional software development experience.
No work visa sponsorship
Foundational understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Foundational understanding of at least one backend programming language.
Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
Familiarity with Git version control.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
Good problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
Basic communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to a frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue) or backend framework (Express, Django, Spring Boot, etc.).
Familiarity with RESTful API concepts.
Understanding of basic software development principles (OOP, MVC).
Portfolio showcasing personal/academic projects.
