 Full Stack Developer:

Position Overview and Objective

The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications while also contributing to ServiceNow development. This role combines expertise in modern application development with deep experience customizing, integrating, and extending the ServiceNow platform, automations and API integrations. 

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and enhance full‑stack applications using modern frameworks and languages.
  • Work from documented business requirements to implement technical solutions.
  • Build integrations across business systems, APIs, and data sources with guidance from senior team members.
  • Implement clean, maintainable, and testable code; participate in unit testing and debugging.
  • Configure and support basic ServiceNow components (UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, basic workflows).
  • Participate in day‑to‑day ServiceNow platform administration under senior supervision.
  • Support system upgrades, application enhancements, and release activities.
  • Produce technical documentation for solutions, data flows, and development processes.
  • Contribute to Knowledge Management through documentation and sharing of solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Business Systems, Security, Identity, and Infrastructure.

Key Skills

  • Solid full-stack development background (frontend, backend, databases).
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Python, SQL, APIs.
  • Basic to intermediate ServiceNow development experience.
  • Understanding of integrations, workflows, and data transformations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full‑stack development experience.
  • Experience with automation and/or integrations.
  • Hands‑on ServiceNow configuration or scripting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Orchestration, or Integrations.
  • Experience with enterprise business systems (CRM, ERP, CMS).
  • Clear understanding of Okta, Okta Workflows and Identity Access Management.
  • Experience working in an ITIL-oriented environment.

Travel Requirements

  • Typically, 10% or less of business travel
