Fulfillment Back Office Analyst

Data Analyst Agents (Data Entry Specialist) will process and analyze cases and transactions pertaining to Midigator (Kount) chargeback process support

What you’ll do

• Process assigned workload based on Midigator rules and playbook

• Investigate and analyze transactions history

• Provide chargeback claims resolutions inline with customer request

• Align and coordinate process improvements with leadership team

What experience you need 

• 1+ years of experience in data entry or back office

• B2 or above in English proficiency

• Excel or Google Sheets experience
