Job Description

一、体系建设与优化 / System Development & Optimization

·        负责质量管理体系的整合、更新、实施、持续改进及相关培训。
Responsible for the integration, updating, implementation, continuous improvement, and training of the quality management system.

·        负责外部审核(包括QRMP等)的准备、协调、改进计划制定与跟踪。
Responsible for the preparation, coordination, improvement planning, and follow-up of external audits (including QRMP, etc.).

·        确保工厂内KHMS等相关管理体系的有效实施。
Ensure the effective implementation of relevant management systems, such as KHMS, within the plant.

二、质量目标与绩效管理 / Quality Objectives & Performance Management

·        根据公司发展规划,制定部门阶段性质量目标并统筹资源确保达成。
Set departmental phase quality objectives based on company development plans, and mobilize resources to ensure achievement.

·        制定员工培训计划与岗位KPI,提升团队技能与执行力。
Develop employee training plans and position KPI goals to enhance team skills and execution.

·        组织质量周会及月度会议,跟进会议输出与行动项。
Organize weekly and monthly quality meetings, and follow up on meeting outputs and action items.

三、合规、安全与风险管控 / Compliance, Safety & Risk Control

·        识别、应用并监督适用于业务的法律法规的实施。
Identify, apply, and monitor the implementation of applicable laws and regulations.

·        贯彻质量风险管理程序与工作指引,执行控制措施以降低风险。
Implement quality risk management procedures and work instructions, and execute control measures to mitigate risks.

·        及时进行风险预警,并上报事故与产品缺陷。
Provide timely risk early warnings, and report incidents and product defects.

·        理解并贯彻EHS相关要求,对部门EHS绩效负责,并提供必要资源支持。
Understand and implement EHS requirements, be responsible for departmental EHS performance, and provide necessary resources (human, material, financial).

四、团队管理与跨部门协作 / Team Management & Cross-functional Collaboration

·        负责团队建设,促进内部协作与能力发展。
Responsible for team building, promoting internal collaboration and capability development.

·        保持与内外部部门的有效沟通,推动相关流程(如仓储、物流)的标准化与持续改进。
Maintain effective communication with internal and external departments, and promote the standardization and continuous improvement of relevant processes (e.g., warehouse, logistics).

·        处理客户投诉,推动调查、反馈与闭环改善。
Handle customer complaints, and drive investigation, feedback, and closed-loop improvement.

·        负责部门成本审核与控制。
Responsible for departmental cost review and control.

五、组织文化与责任 / Organizational Culture & Accountability

·        理解并践行公司质量政策与岗位义务。
Understand and adhere to the company's quality policy and job obligations.

·        落实风险控制措施,推动质量与风险文化的建设。
Implement risk control measures and promote the culture of quality and risk awareness
