Your Team
We are looking out for FOO Senior Associate to work as part of Front Office Operations (FOO). Front Office Operations is a global team supporting Global Fund Managers for business operations and are directly engaged with the portfolio management process. The FOO Senior Associate will work in building efficient front office processes and procedures as well as help support Fund Managers in resolving issues related to their Investments process so Fund Managers can focus on alpha generation.

Responsibilities of the role:
Support trade implementation, rebalancing, and cash/liquidity monitoring for Active portfolios.
Perform daily position, exposure, and restriction monitoring, identifying and escalating risks.
Partner with Trading to support execution workflows and liquidity considerations.
Manage exception handling, creating process documentation, and escalation in coordination with Compliance and Risk.
Assist with new strategy launches and mandate changes, ensuring implementation readiness.
Identify recurring issues and contribute to control enhancements and process improvements.
Cash / FX / hedging monitoring
Stock settlement reconciliation
Position limits monitoring – i.e. 5/40, single-stock limit, market and sector limits
IPO process
Regulatory monitoring such as cash% or risk assets etc. for MPF products
Requirement for the Role:
A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in Investment banking/management
Experience supporting active portfolio operations or trading support.
Understanding of liquidity, market impact, and asset‑class‑specific risks.
Knowledge of Investment Business, Buy-side Processes, Trade Life Cycle and Investment Products
Experience in the front or middle office applications is preferred {Charles River OMS (CRD), CRIMS, Bloomberg, Aladdin
Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:
Strong judgment, attention to detail, and comfort operating under pressure.
Clear communicator with PMs, Traders, and Operations partners.
Responsible & Accountable for the work allocated end to end, self-managed & proactive.
Process Documentation- Draft, Document, Maintain, review in detail for smooth performance of activity.
Self-starter, shows strong self-initiative to meet deliverables and overcome issues.
Must also demonstrate flexibility, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn while ensuring that all deadlines are met.
