The Role:

As Studio Coordinator, you will support the Image Team with the production of E-Commerce and Creative projects – in-house, external and overseas. You’ll bring a strong awareness of current trends, artists and talents in the industry, ensuring that every project is executed smoothly and aligns with the Mulberry brand.  You will be reporting into the Image and Content Project Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:
 
Studio Operations: 
-       Work closely with web team to ensure all e-commerce stock is photographed and delivered on time.
-       Ensure all assets are efficiently channelled through our in-house retouchers and delivered to the web team in a timely manner.
-       Handle all general day-to-day studio requests.
 
Pre-Production: 
−     Budgets: Assist the PM in creating and overseeing budgets for shoots, making sure they are signed off prior to every shoot and ensuring all shoots come within budget. 
−     Timelines: Assist the PM in creating pre-production, production and post-production timelines for each shoot.  
−     Call Sheets: Create call sheets for each shoot.
−     Contracts: Assist the PM in creating contracts for shoots and check all contracts from external suppliers, usage included.  Ensure all contractors have the necessary paperwork in place to process payments.
−     Optioning and Confirming: Option, negotiate fees, and confirm the following (but not only): Crew, Location, Talent, Hair and Make Up, Equipment, Transport, Set Design, Catering, Retouchers, Editing and Grading, Props/Prop Houses.
−     Sample call-in: Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure all relevant stock is ready and available for every shoot and ensure it’s returned on-time.
 
Casting:  
−     Request packages from Model agents. 
−     Cast models for each shoot after packages have been reviewed with the team and a pre-selection has been made.  
−     Negotiate fees.  
 
Talent:  
−     Request availability and option Talent/Crew of interest.
−     Review available options and pre-select with the team. 
−     Negotiate Fees. 
 
Insurance:
−     Ensure that we are insured for each shoot with the help of our legal team.  
 
General pre-production logistics: 
−     Scheduling deliveries (EQ, Catering, Wardrobe). 
−     Negotiating rates.  
−     Liaising with all stakeholders involved to ensure we have taken into consideration all requirements for the shoot. 
 
Production:
−     On set general management. 
−     Logistics.
−     Scheduling. 
−     Time-keeping – E.g., making sure we do not go into OT, making sure shoot goes on time. 
−     Holding relationships with internal and external stakeholders in the duration of the shoot.  
 
Post Production:
−     Assist the PM in managing the post-production timelines, liaising with external suppliers for content delivery and editing/retouching rounds. 
−     Ensuring with the accounts team that all suppliers are paid and closing the budget once everyone has been paid. 
−     Ensuring all content is delivered on time to meet deadlines. 
−     Set up content calendar involving image usage rights and duration of these.

Skills & Knowledge:
 
−     2 years' experience working in Production, preferably in Fashion.  
−     Problem solving abilities.
−     Proactive and positive, solution orientated
−     Logistical mindset.
−     Excellent administrative skills. 
−     Management of timelines.  
−     The ability to work to strict/tight deadlines. 
−     Competence in Excel and budget management.
