What You’ll Do as a Front Load Driver
As a Front Load Commercial Driver, you will:
- Safely operate a Front Load commercial truck on assigned routes to collect waste from commercial customers
- Service dumpsters and commercial containers listed on route sheets or assigned by dispatch
- Read and follow route schedules while maintaining safe and timely service
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, including checking fluids, hydraulics, tires, and safety equipment
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations
This role requires heavy lifting, climbing in and out of the truck, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
What We Need From You
- Valid CDL Class A or B
- Clean driving record
- At least 1 year of local route or commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Front Load or commercial waste experience is a plus
- A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
