What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely operate a front end loader to move, load, and stock materials in a production or yard setting
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Efficiently load trucks and hoppers to support production and shipping schedules
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
- Follow all safety procedures, policies, and operational guidelines
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to safely and effectively operate a front end loader or similar heavy equipment
- Strong safety mindset with the ability to follow procedures and site rules
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mechanical awareness to identify equipment issues
- Reliable attendance and adaptability to changing operational needs
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
