About the role:
Reporting to a team of Assistant Front Office Managers, the Front Office Supervisor is responsible for supervising the activities that create the first impressions of our Guests.

What you will do:
As Front Desk Supervisor, you will supervise a team of Front Desk Agents and the Front Desk operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard, ensuring all communication channels operate flawlessly. In addition, you may be required to provide assistance to the Concierge team and other Bell Attendant to ensure the success of the Front Office operations.

What you bring:
The qualified applicant will have an excellent personality, superior computer skills and a thorough understanding of the room types, rates, occupancy and selling strategies. Attention to detail and accuracy in information is an absolute necessity. Previous experience with Opera and previous supervisory experience in a luxury Resort preferred. This position requires a high level of professionalism with a friendly and calm demeanor in a sometimes demanding environment.

Schedule & Hours:
The successful candidate will be hired as a full-time employee. Successful candidates are expected to work early mornings, days, evenings, holidays, weekends and night coverage when required.
