Job Summary
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company. The Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization, welcoming guests and greeting people who visit the business. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls/direct them to the appropriate people. Phones are our number 1 priority as this is a sales-based business.
Ensure all guests and employees feel welcome and are greeted with a smile.
Stock and organize kitchen, conference rooms, and supply closets as requested and must be able to lift stock items up to 50 pounds.
Process FedEx packages, both incoming and outgoing, including packing and preparing boxes.
Learn how to use office machines and assist employees with use of office machines or tech when needed.
Schedule conference rooms and resolve scheduling conflicts as required.
Assist with meetings, which may include ordering food, setting out plates, utensils, etc., and straightening up after meetings are over.
Other tasks as requested.
Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday for a full 8 hours plus a lunch; exact schedule to be determined.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
2 years front desk experience preferred; some office experience required.
Candidates should have positive attitude, and be able to multi-task, take direction, and organize priorities amongst several competing responsibilities.
Experience with office machines and Microsoft Office products helpful.
