The Front Business Manager Central & Eastern Europe will support the Market Head at both strategic and operational levels. In this role, you will contribute to a broad range of responsibilities, including analysis of Key Performance Indicators, drives sales and strategic initiatives and projects, as well as performing day-to-day tasks and supporting Group Heads and Relationship Managers. The position offers extensive exposure across the organisation and a wide range of tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills, a solution-oriented mindset, demonstrating initiative and attention to detail.As Front Business Manager Central & Eastern Europe, you will:
Support financial reporting for the Market in close collaboration with the regional Finance unit; this includes business and data analysis
Coordinate the implementation of projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
Provide direct assistance to Market Heads, Group Heads and Relationship Managers
Manage pro-actively and autonomously regular and ad-hoc Business Management activities and administrative tasks; ensure accountability and follow-through
Develop presentations and status updates for senior management
Assume backup responsibility for broader business management duties as needed, maintaining continuity during leave periods or high-pressure cycles
Collaborate and coordinate actively with various stakeholders across the Bank to represent the interests of the Market
Assist in the organisation and delivery of internal events and communications across the business unit
Qualifications & Experience:
Completed apprenticeship in banking or a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field
3 years’ professional experience within private banking, wealth management, or financial services
Strong numerical aptitude with the ability to gather, analyse, interpret, and present performance metrics and financial data
Proven interest in and experience with financial products, combined with genuine enthusiasm for the private banking offering
Solid understanding of Swiss banking practices and front-office workflows
Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP systems is an advantage
Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and structured thinking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate accurately, competently, and professionally
Adaptable mindset suited to dynamic environments and changing priorities
