Ecosure is a division of Ecolab and a global leader in food safety and brand protection. We are currently seeking a freelance Food Safety & Brand Standard Advisor in the Kanto region of Japan.
As a Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor, you will support food service brands by conducting on-site evaluations and training that ensure compliance with the highest standards in food safety, hygiene, guest experience, and brand protection.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting food safety, brand standard, and health and safety audits at client sites
Providing coaching and training to clients on food safety and hygiene best practices
Reporting accurately and maintaining strong client communication
Applying industry-leading knowledge and monitoring practices
We are looking for candidates who:
Hold a food safety qualification
Are fluent in Japanese
Have experience in food safety auditing
Are willing to travel within the region
Have flexible availability (including weekdays and weekends)
Preferred skills and experience:
Food safety certifications such as HACCP, ISO22000
Experience in retail food safety and brand standard audits
Ability to coach and consult in food-related settings
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently with good judgment and problem-solving skills
Able to manage multiple tasks under time pressure
