Who you’ll be working with:
If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!
You will be responsible for the following:
Tracking emerging fraud trends and collaborate with stakeholders to develop data-driven insights regarding potential gaps or exposures.
Mitigating fraud by creating and publishing real-time rules to detect, deter, and decline suspicious transactions.
Participating in design sessions for new projects/demands to ensure critical data points are integrated into the Fraud Management Systems for future rule-making.
Writing and executing SQL scripts to extract data from repositories, providing ad-hoc analytics to support detection and deterrence activities.
Strategizing and assessing technical requirements for Fraud Management System rules. Partners with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and QA) to drive fraud-related technical demands and system enhancements
We’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience. With 2+ years in Fraud Management or Fraud Operations.
Experience in FinTech, Banking, or Payments is highly preferred.
Strong ability to read and write SQL scripts/codes for data mining and analysis.
Familiarity with Fraud Management Systems
