FP&A Specialist Performs end-to-end Care Delivery North America FP&A activities for assigned business lines, including budgeting, forecasting, and detailed reporting and preliminary analysis on performance. Provides insights, financial and non-financial information on JVs, clinic, regional or business line performance. Works closely with the Care Delivery North America stakeholders to support them in reporting, analysis and decision support.
Key Deliverables:
- Consolidates data to produce reporting packs on revenues, P&L, and KPIs.
- First-level variance analysis summaries for review by senior staff.
- Ensures compliance with internal controls and policies
- Participates in regular and ad hoc reporting, forecasting activities.
- Participates in key initiatives and projects within and outside FP&A
Required Training and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (required)
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA) is a strong plus
- Participation in specialized finance or FP&A training programs preferred
Required professional experience (in years):
4–5 years of relevant finance experience with strong FP&A backgroundv6 (2+ years in FP&A)
