  • Provide robust financial input and modeling support for critical decisions related to compensation structures, location strategy, and large-scale recruitment efforts.
  • Run and deliver comprehensive workforce reporting and analytics for senior leadership and the Executive Team.
  • Create and automate insightful reports and dashboards that aid in decision-making regarding workforce composition, cost efficiency, attrition, and future capacity planning.
  • Analyze key People metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, churn, cost per hire) and their financial impact, translating operational data into financial narratives.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for all people-related expenses, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data feeding into the company's annual planning and quarterly reforecasting cycles.
