We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Business Partnering Intern to support our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in driving strategic financial insights and operational efficiency.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on headcount cost analysis, financial modeling, and reporting, providing exposure to Bolt on a global scale.

  • <point>Assist in reviewing company benefit and event policies, understanding their accounting treatment, and reflecting them accurately in budgeting and forecasting.</point>
  • <point>Collect, validate, and maintain staff cost-related data from HR, Finance, and Accounting teams.</point>
  • <point>Perform data reconciliation and variance analysis to help identify key cost drivers and financial trends.</point>
  • <point>Collaborate with the FP&A team to ensure accurate and consistent reporting.</point>
  • <point>Assist in automating and streamlining reports and presentations to enhance efficiency.</point>

<title>About you</title>

  • <point>Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or recently graduated).</point>
  • <point>Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets (experience with financial modelling a plus).</point>
  • <point>Familiarity with Google Slides for creating executive-level presentations.</point>
  • <point>Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.</point>
  • <point>Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle sensitive financial information.</point>
  • <point>Interest in corporate finance, strategic planning, and executive reporting.</point>
  • <point>Fluent in English.</point>
