THE STARTING RATE: $15.24 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Take and place orders, serving and garnishing food and drinks efficiently and accurately.
Collect payments while adhering to proper cash handling and comp procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front and back of house; clear tables and counters, and ensure the dining area remains tidy without disrupting guest comfort.
Pack and complete orders according to guests' preferences, including any necessary condiments.
Properly label and date products following safety and sanitation guidelines.
Perform opening and closing duties based on shift assignments.
Unload warehouse orders, stock, and organize products in designated storage areas, replenishing supplies as needed.
Resolve guest complaints within your authority, and refer other issues to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
One year of guest service experience preferred
One year food handling experience preferred
Must possess a High School diploma or GED
Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
