We are seeking a passionate, curious, and detail-oriented trainee to support the Foundry Relations team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the operational and content management aspects of the Monotype Foundry Program, where we collaborate and partner with foundries around the world.
You will work closely with internal tools, data, and communications to help ensure content is accurate, processes run smoothly, and projects stay on track. This internship is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a collaborative, creative environment.
You will have an opportunity to:
• Support the creation, editing, and publishing of content across internal tools and systems
• Assist with internal and external communications by ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy
• Explore and use AI tools to assist with content creation and workflow automation
• Help analyze platform usage data and prepare simple reports to support decision-making
• Maintain and organize documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Track tasks, timelines, and project progress using project management tools
• Collaborate with team members across departments and contractors to support ongoing projects
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency
• Stay proactive, adaptable, and engaged in a dynamic work environment

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Basic familiarity with HTML or CSS for light formatting (good to have).
• Experience working with data or reports (good to have).
