YOUR ROLE
As our Founding Account Executive, you will be the first members of our Go-To-Market team and play a critical role in building and scaling our sales motion from the ground up. You will own prospective customers end to end: running discovery calls, delivering demos, managing follow-ups, closing deals, and building long-term customer relationships. You will work directly with the founders to turn early traction into a repeatable, scalable GTM engine. This is not a narrow sales role. You will help shape our GTM strategy, represent Tabula in the market, and build the foundation for the commercial organization.
Close Deals
- Own the sales process end to end, from first conversation to closed deal.
- Run discovery calls with prospective customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and buying criteria.
- Deliver compelling product demos that show how Tabula can transform accounting and financial operations.
Repeatable Sales Motion
- Develop and implement a repeatable and scalable sales process capable of driving rapid growth.
- Identify and test customer segments, pricing strategies, and new channels.
- Refine and optimize our sales playbooks through continuous feedback and data-driven adjustments.
Customer Relationships & AI Adoption
- Own key customer relationships, driving satisfaction, retention, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Translate customer insights and feedback directly into actionable product improvements, influencing roadmap priorities.
- Lead adoption initiatives, managing change within traditional accounting firms to ensure smooth product onboarding and deep roll-out.
