💼 What You’ll Do (Founding AE)

  • Own the full sales cycle from first convo to close
  • Partner closely with the founders on early GTM strategy and messaging
  • Sell to event marketers, people teams, EAs, and agencies
  • Run discovery calls, demos, and pricing conversations confidently
  • Build and refine our sales playbook, pipeline, and CRM workflows
  • Bring customer feedback directly into product decisions
  • Help define what “great sales” looks like at Nowadays from day one

🥇 What We’re Looking For

  • Experience closing deals in B2B SaaS (SMB → mid-market ideal)
  • Comfort selling a product that’s still evolving
  • Strong product intuition and ability to tailor messaging by persona
  • Scrappy, proactive, and excited by ambiguity
  • Relationship-driven—genuinely want customers to succeed
  • Motivated to be early and shape the motion, not just execute

Bonus Points

  • Experience selling to event, marketing, HR, or ops teams
  • Zero-to-one startup sales experience
  • Comfort with pricing and negotiation
  • Experience working closely with product and engineering

Comp: $80K–$120K base + commission + ~0.5% equity (flexible based on experience)
