Tyler Road Plant - Russellville, Arkansas Full time

Job Details:

Pay: $17.60/hour + $2.00 shift differential

Schedule: Monday - Friday

2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Must be able to operate fork truck without causing damage to product or plant equipment

Must be able to load and unload trucks.

Must be able and willing to learn EIM Inventory system and scanning of all product movements.

Must be able to pull product from production lines.

Must be able to place support materials on each line.

Must keep work area clean (freezer, cooler, back dock and loading pads)

Must be able to perform inventory of freezer.

Must be able to perform preventive maintenance on forklift and batteries

Required to perform HACCP duties

May be required to drive location shuttle truck at times.

Must be willing to work in other areas of the plant when needed.

The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

Must have three months of consecutive work history with one employer within the last 12 months and forklift experience required.

Location not accepting rehires

PHYSICAL – Strong, must be able to lift, push or pull up to 100 pounds and sit on the forklift for long periods of time.

EDUCATION – Must be able to read, write and perform basic math calculations and have basic computer skills.

RATE OF WORK – Fast

QUALITY OF WORK – Must be neat with work

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS – Must be able to handle responsibility and have good communication skills and operate forklift without causing damage to product or equipment.

ENVIRONMENT – Must be able to work around breader dust and in a temperature of -10 degrees F or less.

Debe estar dispuesto a trabajar en otras áreas de la planta cuando sea necesario.

FÍSICO – Fuerte, debe ser capaz de levantar, empujar o tirar de hasta 70 libras y sentarse en la carretilla elevadora durante largos períodos de tiempo.

EDUCACIÓN – Debe ser capaz de leer, escribir y realizar cálculos matemáticos básicos y tener habilidades informáticas básicas.

RATE OF WORK – Rápido
