Reporting to the Line Lead, you will support safe, reliable, and efficient production of our gluten‑free baked products while working as part of a team within our Denver bakery operations. You will work a 10 or 12 ‑hour shift in our 2nd shift. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment supporting our English Muffin Production department and other lines & departments as needed.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities:
Advocate for Conagra’s safety and quality program.
Communicate any potential line concerns related to safety, efficiency, or risk.
Perform production tasks including mixing or measuring dough, filling pans, baking, or assembling product in packaging.
Monitor machine operations and provide basic maintenance as needed
Rotate across multiple positions within your team as needed.
Ingredients Required for Your Success:
High school diploma or GED.
Machine operator experience.
Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
Stand and walk for up to 12 hours.
Must be able to communicate with all levels of management.
Physical Requirements:
Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements may vary but can include:
Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
