We’re looking for a professional Business Process Expert (BPE) to join Haleon’s Enterprise Transformation Programme—a multi‑year journey to build an organisation wired for excellence, enabling our Win as One strategy and sustainable growth through continuous improvement. Enabled through SAP S/4HANA, you will partner with Business Process Owners (BPOs) and cross‑functional teams to design, govern and continuously improve end‑to‑end business processes.

What you’ll do

  • Shape, measure and continuously improve process elements to deliver measurable business value.
  • Partner with the BPO to manage the current process and define the end‑to‑end future process vision and roadmap.
  • Facilitate workshops to capture requirements, gather feedback, and align stakeholders on design recommendations.
  • Document “to‑be” processes and support assessment of “as‑is” processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and duplication.
  • Drive decisions through governance forums and ensure timely communication to impacted stakeholders.
  • Coordinate design activities with program timelines, milestones and interdependent workstreams.
  • Support readiness for delivery—identify gaps, propose solutions, and work with Change/Training teams on adoption interventions.
  • Help manage transition phases by designing interim operating states and ensuring business continuity during change.

Why you?

We’re looking for someone who meets the following requirements:

  • Strong technical understanding of Make processes within Forecast‑to‑Fulfil, including production scheduling, execution of manufacturing orders, material movements, plant operations, and alignment of production plans to demand forecasts.
  • Experience working in complex, global organisations (ideally Consumer Health and/or FMCG).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to map processes, identify inefficiencies and turn insights into practical improvements.
  • Confidence with process modelling and data analysis tools; familiarity with automation technologies.
  • Solid project management capability—planning, tracking and executing improvement initiatives end‑to‑end.
  • Stakeholder management skills: ability to build strong relationships, influence outcomes and tailor communication to different audiences.
  • Change mindset: comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving change and supporting adoption.
  • Leadership behaviours: inspiring and motivating others, making informed decisions, and collaborating across teams.
