As a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate, you will partner closely with local Sales Representative(s) to learn Stryker’s Foot & Ankle portfolio and help grow the business across the assigned territory. You’ll support the full sales call cycle—case coverage, customer education, inventory readiness, and account follow-through—while building the skills to independently influence product adoption over time.

Support sales efforts across assigned accounts by helping execute the call pattern, promotions, and customer follow-up.
Attend surgeries using Stryker Foot & Ankle products to ensure the right sets and implants are available and to provide product guidance as needed.
Educate surgeons, nurses, and OR staff on product use, updates, portfolio changes, and training opportunities.
Identify customer needs and sales opportunities in partnership with the Sales Representative(s), and help develop responses and solutions.
After completing product training, tailor messaging to the customer, recommend appropriate product selection, and clearly differentiate Stryker from competitors.
Perform field calls within the territory to maintain relationships, improve service levels, and drive account engagement.
Assist with implementing territory sales plans and marketing strategies to support quota achievement.
Serve as a primary backup for Sales Representative(s) and support day-to-day account needs.
Help resolve customer questions and issues quickly and professionally.
Partner on inventory management, including building and maintaining appropriate set levels to meet customer demand.
Support purchase order (PO) collection/processing for accurate invoicing and order flow.
Stay current on industry, customer, and competitor trends; participate in sales meetings and occasional after-hours professional events.
Consistently follow company policies and all applicable laws and industry standards maintaining confidentiality and ethical conduct.
Bachelor’s degree, or
Associate’s degree or medical certification (e.g., CST, PT, CPT, etc.) + 2+ years of professional and/or related experience, or
High school diploma + 4+ years of professional and/or related experience, or
4+ years of active-duty military service
