Foods SU Thailand Lead
The Foods Supply Chain Thailand Lead is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across factory operations to ensure compliance, sustainability, and optimal performance. This role oversees key environmental and safety processes, ensuring the factory has sufficient resources and capability to meet internal and external standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the identification and assessment of environmental aspects and impacts related to all work activities and facilities directly managed by the site.
Ensuring periodic reviews and audits of procedures to maintain their validity and effectiveness.
Providing leadership in the allocation of resources for environmental and safety management.
Supporting the SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) Manager and Advisor in auditing areas of significant risk and maintaining required controls.
Ensuring compliance with internal standards and external commitments, such as sustainability targets and safety requirements.
Facilitating communication and coordination among various teams to achieve operational and sustainability goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Food technology or related field; Master’s is an advantage.
10+ years of supply chain, manufacturing, or operations leadership experience, preferably in FMCG/foods.
