Job Purpose
Drive growth for the Foods Business Unit by managing key minimarket accounts—Indomaret, Alfamart, and Alfamidi. This role focuses on maximizing selling-in and selling-out performance, building strategic partnerships, and delivering joint business plans that align with FOODS ID objectives for sustainable, profitable growth.
Core Responsibilities
Account Management – Act as the primary contact for key accounts, maintain strong long-term relationships, build loyalty, and design tailored strategies to address channel challenges.
Sales & Revenue Growth – Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets and drive profitable growth.
Strategic Planning – Analyze market trends and client data to anticipate future needs; collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to deliver value-added solutions aligned with business goals.
Performance Monitoring – Track and report account performance, conduct regular business reviews, and ensure execution excellence.
Problem Resolution – Address client issues promptly and effectively to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Education Background
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
Experience Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Trade Marketing within FMCG or retail industry.
Proven track record of managing large retail accounts and delivering sales growth.
Experience in minimarket channel (Indomaret, Alfamart, Alfamidi) is highly preferred.
