As an idea labs intern you will support the development of innovative solutions and applications by assisting with prototype production, analytical testing, and food-prototype database updates; track and update commercial indicators using Salesforce CRM, contribute to virtual/multimedia interaction initiatives with Ingredion’s clients.

Lead the creation of digital content to promote the Innovation Center through social media—developing capsules, short videos, informative notes, and other multimedia pieces that showcase our capabilities and ongoing projects.

What you will do:

Innovation & Applications

• Assist in formulation, experimentation, and production of food prototypes.
• Execute analytical tests and document results in internal databases.
• Maintain and update commercial indicators and records in Salesforce CRM.

Innovation Center Promotion

• Produce engaging multimedia content (capsules, short videos, informative notes, behind-the-scenes, prototype demos) for corporate social channels.
• Craft clear messaging and storytelling highlighting projects, capabilities, and outcomes from the Innovation Center.

Digital Client Interaction

• Research, test, and recommend new digital/virtual technologies (e.g., AR/VR, remote collaboration tools, 3D product explorers, immersive demos) to enhance customer interactions.
• Support the design of interactive materials for remote sessions, customer presentations, and technical demonstrations.

What you will bring:

• Students (7th, 8th semester)

• Food Engineering, Food Chemistry, Chemical engineering, Biochemical Engineering or affine.

• Intermediate to advanced English

• Experience or interest in content creation (video/photo editing) and handling digital tools/gadgets.

• Familiarity with editing/creation software (e.g., Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) is a plus.

• Curiosity for AR/VR or interactive platforms is desirable.
