The Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is looking for a Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. We are looking for a candidate that is dedicated to creating personalized experiences and lasting memories for our guests. This position reports to the Director of Food and Beverage.
Summary
The Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant has a solid knowledge of administrative skills. He/she must have a strong work ethic and people-management and facilitation skills, passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations. In addition, the candidate must have interpersonal skills, is able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation.
The Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant is responsible to compile monthly reports and ensure proper distribution. Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors, maintaining confidentiality. Maintain and order stationery supplies for the F&B Division. Assists in completing special projects which may include mailings, competitive surveys, menus or other assigned duties such as Glitch and Medallia follow up to guests. Maintains policy and standard manuals; updates and distributes as necessary.
The candidate must have a firm knowledge of the Food and Beverage Division Operations and effective communication skills in both speaking and writing English and Korean.

High school education or equivalent experience

Minimum three years of administrative experience, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant-related field or other equivalent experience
