About the Role

Busy Bees at Bellmere is looking for a passionate and flexible Float Educator to join our Hive.

This role is perfect for an educator who enjoys variety in their day, working across different age groups and supporting our team wherever needed. As a Float Educator, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of care and supporting ratio requirements across the service.

Our centre is a 120-place service located at 5 River Drive, Bellmere, offering a supportive team environment and strong leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting educators across all rooms (Nursery to Preschool)
• Assisting with the implementation of engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the EYLF
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and inclusive learning environment
• Contributing to observations and documentation of children’s learning

What You’ll Need

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
• Current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work across multiple age groups
• A genuine passion for early childhood education
