Summary:

We are looking for a Fleet Operator to join our team. In this role, you will work directly in the field to inspect vehicles, coordinate tire-related services, and ensure all activities meet safety and contract requirements. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan service actions, keep equipment in good condition, and help optimize tire performance and fleet operations.

What we are looking for:

• Based in Belgrade or nearby.
• Advanced level of Serbian and English language.
• Willing to travel and work in the field.
• Valid category B driving license.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensuring inspection of vehicles according to the periodicity defined in the contract & country road laws by respecting the security related requirements;
• Knowing the driving conditions and contributing to the tire recommendation process;
• Scheduling and executing necessary operations to maximize tire life.
• Maintaining Services equipment, tooling and premises;
• Verifying and validating mileage of the vehicles;
• Drawing up service planning for the assigned vehicles in line with the clients’ demands and availability;
• Defining, organizing and coordinating all necessary service check-ups and/or specific actions;
• Making sure all check-ups and actions are made as agreed with the clients and also in line with the contract conditions;
• Performing tire performance reports and operational activity reports.
• Ensuring invoicing of damaged tires;
• Optimizing the operational stock of tires (rolling and standing);
• Applying safety instructions in the execution of work.
